The entire Celebrates.ie platform including mobile and future app versions.

By uploading content, you grant Celebrates.ie a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
publish, display, and store your content
promote your listing on social media or marketing materials
resize, copy, or format media for display
distribute your content across the Website
You confirm that:
Your content is accurate and not misleading
You own or have rights to use the media
Your content does not infringe third-party rights
Your content complies with Irish and EU laws
Your content does not contain harmful code or viruses
You will not upload illegal, defamatory, harassing, explicit, or harmful material

Creating a listing is free
No commissions apply

Users contact suppliers directly.
If Celebrates introduces paid listings, commissions, or booking features:

Payment handling will be managed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe
Celebrates.ie will never store credit card information.
Because Celebrates.ie is not a party to agreements between you and a supplier:
We do not handle cancellations

All issues must be resolved directly between the User and the Partner
