Welcome to Cakes by Caroline B……
It’s hard to imagine but this year I celebrate 20 years since the sale of my first cake.  When I began making cakes all those years ago I had no idea it would become a successful business.  Thank you to all who have ordered cakes from me over the years, many of you order every year, some have been with me from the beginning, without you I wouldn’t be celebrating x

I still to this day love the creativity of what I do, there really are no limits to what you can make.  I rarely use dummies opting for the cake and its detail to be entirely edible as much as possible as for me that’s part of the challenge of its creation.  Carving and sculpting is a real favourite of mine as you can see from the Frisian and Horse below the results can be amazing and I’ve been fortunate to have won Gold, Bronze and Silver awards over the years.
